LARRY'S QUICK STOP MARKET ROBBED AT 240 NORTH 1ST STREET ON MAY 15

The city of Nashville issued the following press release:

Central Precinct detectives are working to identify the gunman who robbed Larry's Quick Stop Market at 240 North 1st Street just after 10 p.m. on May 15.

The suspect, a black man who wore a black sweatshirt with a hood, pointed a pistol at the clerk and took cash from the register. He fled the store parking lot in a black Jeep Cherokee.

Anyone recognizing the suspect from surveillance photos, which accompany this media release on the Internet, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 74-CRIME.
